The 100-plus bodies for Saturday’s health event was OUTSTANDING ! As a team we had no idea what to expect…the response was phenomenal. I learned very fast that a great team and good preparation are imperative to having a successful event like the one on Saturday! From our top-notch PR lady Sommer, who was quick to see a camera person was required and assume the role with her “fancy” little camera, to our main team, Kristy, Robert and Brandon, everyone was on point!!!!
Here’s how it works when doing an event, big or small: NO matter how well prepared you are, always leave room for surprises…We were all action, pounding those blackberries, making sure all turned out perfect. I mean Kristy even had room in her head to think of balloons!!! And paper towels, to mention a couple.
Kaydee the Dj raised the roof, loved the class and paid for a full membership after seeing the workout and now does the Scottsdale classes. He was so “sick” (means “great,” haha) on the turn-tables, I saw some guys dancing and trying to party their way through the workout. We began with the end in mind, and the end result was exactly what we envisioned. Our next event will be a masterpiece that is planned to be in Phoenix.
